I really hit the jackpot when I phoned Ray and left a message asking for help with a couple of small electrical projects.
He was the only one of six recommended electricians that returned my call.
He came around to assess the work and produced the reasonable quotes the same day.
Once accepted, I was lucky that he had a cancellation and was able to start the work without much delay.
The jobs were completed on two consecutive days to a very high standard, with the results exceeding my expectations. Of particular note was how neat and clean everything is left, once done.
Ray's communications are excellent, with prompt responses to messages, immediate invoices and receipts, plus relevant certificates, manuals, etc.
